PriceOne-time purchase (a single payment): 300 yen (tax included) in Japan. With the same Google account or Apple ID, a single purchase can also be used on a new device after changing devices (it can be used on one device at a time).
Purchases in countries and regions outside Japan are charged at the price shown in the local currency on the Google Play purchase screen.
The latest price is as shown in the app and on the purchase screen of each app store (Google Play and App Store).
Costs other than the priceData charges required to download and use the app are borne by the customer.
Payment methodsPayment through each app store (Google Play: credit card, carrier billing, Google Play balance and other methods; App Store: credit card, carrier billing, Apple Account balance and other methods; in each case, the methods offered by the store).
Payment timingA single payment is made when the purchase procedure is completed after the free trial period ends. As this is a one-time purchase, there is no automatic renewal or recurring charge afterwards.
Service deliveryThe features (blocking of ads and fraudulent sites) are available immediately after the purchase procedure is completed. After the free trial period ends, no blocking is performed until the purchase procedure is completed.
One-time purchase (no automatic renewal)This service is a one-time purchase (a single payment).
  • It is not a monthly or yearly subscription, and there is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
  • Once purchased, it can be used with no additional charges.
  • With the same Google account or Apple ID, a single purchase can also be used on a new device after changing devices (the purchase is linked to the Google account or Apple ID, and it can be used on one device at a time; the device is changed with “Use on this device” in the app).
  • If you use different Google accounts or Apple IDs, a purchase is required for each account. The Android app and the iPhone app are separate apps, so each requires its own purchase.
Returns and cancellationsDue to the nature of digital content (services), returns and refunds for reasons of the customer's own convenience after purchase cannot be accepted. As this is a one-time purchase, no cancellation procedure is required. If you stop using the app during the free trial period, simply delete the app and no charge will be made.
RefundsPurchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, and refund procedures are also subject to the rules of each store.
  • If a defect in the app prevents you from continuing to use the purchased features, we will respond on an individual basis.
  • If you wish to request a refund, please contact the store where you made the purchase (Google Play or the App Store) directly, or contact us through the contact form on our website. You may contact us directly regarding refunds and cancellations.
  • When contacting us, please provide the date of purchase, the registered name of the Google account or Apple ID used for the purchase, and the device you use. If it cannot be confirmed that the request has been made by the purchaser in person, the refund may not be accepted.
  • If a refund is made, the features of the app return to the same state as after the end of the free trial period, and no blocking is performed.
  • If this handling is changed, we will give notice by posting the changed details on this page.
Operating environmentAndroid smartphones and tablets (Android 10 or later) and iPhone (iOS 16.4 or later). A device that can use the VPN feature is required. The iPhone app will be released soon.
